To maximize a 15-minute hydrotherapy session and to achieve its maximum health benefits, here are the following suggested positions with their corresponding areas of concentration.
Most spas have guides for their clients, usually posted inside treatment room, but if in case there is none; this bit of information would definitely come in handy. And remember : refrain from eating an hour before and an hour after the treatment.
Side. The massaging effect helps to contour the body including bust area.
Sit. It stimulates the acupoints under the feet for reflexology.
Cross-legged. The warm massaging on the knees and joints accelerate exercise effect thus, strengthening the legs.
Squat. It stimulates the lower part of the body and improves hormonal balance.
Bend backward. The bubbles stimulate arms, shoulder, backbone and spine increasing metabolic rate and blood circulation.
Bend forward. It stimulates chest, stomach and kidney, and rejuvenates cells in the stomach, liver, intestine, bladder and anus.
